هذه الشروط تنظّم استخدام حلق (Halleq)، وهي خدمة تشغّلها LetsGoSky. بإنشاء حساب أو باستخدام الخدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

الخدمة

تساعدك حلق على حفظ هوية علامتك، وإنشاء منشورات وحملات، ومراجعتها، وجدولتها، ونشرها على الحسابات التي تربطها. بعض الميزات تستخدم توليدًا آليًا للنص والصور.

الحساب

تقدّم معلومات صحيحة، وتحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم من حسابك. يمكنك طلب إغلاق الحساب عبر contact@letsgosky.com.

محتواك

تبقى مالكًا للمحتوى الذي تدخله وللنتائج التي تنشئها في الحساب. تمنح LetsGoSky إذنًا باستضافة هذا المحتوى ومعالجته فقط لتشغيل الخدمة التي طلبتها، بما في ذلك التوليد والحفظ في الدمام والنشر على الحسابات المرتبطة.

المحتوى المولَّد

راجع النص والصورة قبل النشر. التوليد قد يخطئ، وأنت المسؤول عن ما تنشره. استخدام التوليد يعني موافقتك على نقل بيانات الطلب خارج المملكة كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

الحسابات المرتبطة

بربط حساب تواصل، تفوّض حلق بنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده وفق إعداداتك. تبقى العلاقة مع شبكة التواصل خاضعة لشروط تلك الشبكة.

الاستخدام المقبول

• لا تستخدم الخدمة لنشر ما يخالف نظام المملكة، أو لانتحال صفة الغير، أو لاختراق حساب لا تملكه.
• لا تحاول استخراج بيانات حسابات أخرى أو تعطيل الخدمة.

الرصيد والخطط

قد يتضمّن الحساب رصيدًا تجريبيًا. الخطط المدفوعة تُحاسب وفق ما يُعرض عند الدفع. الرسوم غير المستردة إلا إذا أوجب النظام غير ذلك.

إيقاف الوصول

يمكننا إيقاف الحساب إذا خالف هذه الشروط أو عرّض الخدمة أو الآخرين للضرر. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت.

حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي. لا نضمن أن كل محتوى مولَّد مناسب للنشر، ولا نتحكم في قرارات شبكات التواصل بعد النشر. لا نتحمل خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة، في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.

النظام

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. يكون النظر في النزاع لمحاكم المملكة، بعد محاولة حلّه عبر contact@letsgosky.com.

These terms govern use of Halleq, a service operated by LetsGoSky. Creating an account or using the service means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

Halleq helps you store your brand, create posts and campaigns, review them, schedule them, and publish them to accounts you connect. Some features use automated text and image generation.

Your account

You provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to close the account at contact@letsgosky.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter and of the results created in your account. You allow LetsGoSky to host and process that content only to run the service you asked for, including generation, storage in Dammam, and publishing to connected accounts.

Generated content

Review copy and images before you publish. Generation can be wrong, and you are responsible for what you publish. Using generation means you agree to the transfer of that request outside the Kingdom, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Connected accounts

By connecting a social account, you authorize Halleq to publish the content you approve, according to your settings. Your relationship with that network stays subject to its own terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to publish anything unlawful in the Kingdom, to impersonate someone else, or to access an account you do not control.
• Do not try to extract other accounts' data or to disrupt the service.

Credits and plans

An account may include trial credits. Paid plans are charged as shown at checkout. Fees are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Ending access

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. You may stop using Halleq at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that every generated result is fit to publish, and we do not control a social network's decision after a post goes out. We are not liable for indirect loss from use of the service, to the extent the law allows.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are heard by the courts of the Kingdom, after an attempt to resolve them through contact@letsgosky.com.
