تشغّل LetsGoSky منصة حلق (Halleq). هذه السياسة توضّح كيف نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية. للتواصل: contact@letsgosky.com.
ما الذي نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور بشكل مشفّر.
- بيانات العلامة التي تدخلها: الاسم، النبرة، الجمهور، المنتجات، الشعار، الألوان، وما يُقرأ من موقعك إذا طلبت ذلك.
- المحتوى: المنشورات، الصور، الحملات، ومواعيد النشر.
- حسابات التواصل التي تربطها، بما يلزم للنشر باسمك.
- عناوين البريد التي تضيفها للموافقة على المحتوى.
- بيانات الدفع اللازمة للاشتراك. لا نخزّن رقم البطاقة كاملاً.
لماذا نستخدمها
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الحساب، وإنشاء المحتوى الذي تطلبه، والجدولة والنشر، وإرسال رسائل الحساب مثل التأكيد واستعادة كلمة المرور، ومعالجة الدفع، وحماية الخدمة. الأساس هو تنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها، وموافقتك عندما يقتضي النظام ذلك.
أين تُخزَّن البيانات
حسابات حلق، والعلامات، والمنشورات، والصور، والسجلات المرتبطة بها تُخزَّن في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية، على Google Cloud في المنطقة me-central2. هذا هو مكان الحفظ الأساسي.
النقل خارج المملكة
عندما تطلب كتابة نص أو إنشاء صورة، يُرسل الطلب إلى Google Vertex AI لإتمام التوليد. توليد النص يعمل خارج المملكة، في الولايات المتحدة. توليد الصور يستخدم نقطة عالمية، وقد تعالج Google الطلب خارج المملكة. قد يتضمّن الطلب تفاصيل العلامة والمنتجات والجمهور التي أدخلتها. تُحفظ النتيجة بعد ذلك في الدمام.
هذا نقل لبيانات شخصية خارج المملكة لغرض واحد: تنفيذ التوليد الذي طلبته. باستخدام التوليد، توافق على هذا النقل لهذا الغرض. يمكنك استخدام بقية الحساب من غير طلب توليد.
رسائل البريد، مثل تأكيد الحساب، تمر عبر مزوّد بريد قد يعالجها خارج المملكة. عند ربط حساب تواصل، تُشارك بيانات النشر مع الشبكة نفسها ومع الجهة التي تنفّذ النشر، وقد تكون خارج المملكة. الدفع يتم عبر مزوّد دفع في المملكة.
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان عن منتجات طرف آخر.
المدة
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة الحساب. إذا طلبت إغلاق الحساب، نحذف البيانات الشخصية أو نزيل ما يعرّفها، إلا إذا لزم الاحتفاظ بسجل لواجب نظامي، مثل سجل دفع.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو إتلافها، أو سحب موافقتك على المعالجة الاختيارية، ومنها التوليد. سحب الموافقة يوقف الطلبات اللاحقة، ولا يلغي منشورًا تم نشره. أرسل طلبك إلى contact@letsgosky.com وسنرد عليك.
الحماية
الاتصال بالخدمة يتم عبر HTTPS، والوصول إلى الحساب مقصور على صاحب الحساب ومن يفوّضه. الحفظ الأساسي في الدمام.
الأطفال
حلق موجهة للأعمال، وليست موجهة للأطفال.
التحديثات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة بشكل مؤثر، نحدّث التاريخ أعلاه. استمرار استخدام الحساب بعد التحديث يعني اطلاعك على النسخة الجديدة.

LetsGoSky operates Halleq. This notice explains how we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia. Contact: contact@letsgosky.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password.
- Brand data you enter: name, voice, audience, products, logo, colors, and homepage content if you ask us to read a site.
- Content: posts, images, campaigns, and schedules.
- Social accounts you connect, as needed to publish for you.
- Email addresses you add for content approval.
- Payment details needed for a subscription. We do not store the full card number.
Why we use it
We use this data to run your account, create the content you ask for, schedule and publish, send account messages such as verification and password reset, take payment, and protect the service. The basis is the service you requested, and your consent where the law requires it.
Where data is stored
Halleq accounts, brands, posts, images, and related records are stored in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, on Google Cloud in region me-central2. That is the system of record.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
When you ask Halleq to write copy or create an image, the request is sent to Google Vertex AI so it can be generated. Text generation runs outside the Kingdom, in the United States. Image generation uses a global endpoint, so Google may process it outside the Kingdom. The prompt can include brand, product, and audience details you entered. The result is then saved in Dammam.
This is a transfer of personal data outside the Kingdom for one purpose: the generation you requested. By using generation, you agree to that transfer for that purpose. You can use the rest of the account without asking for generation.
Email, such as account verification, goes through an email provider that may process it outside the Kingdom. When you connect a social account, publishing data is shared with that network and with the provider that carries out publishing. Those services may be outside the Kingdom. Payments are handled by a payment provider in the Kingdom.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to advertise other companies' products.
How long we keep it
We keep data for the life of the account. If you ask us to close the account, we delete personal data or remove what identifies you, unless a legal duty requires a record to be kept, such as a payment record.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, destroy it, or withdraw consent for optional processing, including generation. Withdrawal stops later requests. It does not undo a post that was already published. Email contact@letsgosky.com and we will reply.
Security
The service is served over HTTPS. Access to an account is limited to the account holder and people they authorize. Primary storage is in Dammam.
Children
Halleq is for businesses. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we update the date above. Continuing to use the account after an update means you have the new version.
